Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is made between BUDEFA, operator of the budefa.com platform ("Platform"), and the user registering on the platform ("Member").

2. Membership

Membership is established by completing the registration form and accepting this agreement. The Member confirms that the information provided is accurate.

3. Membership Plans

The platform offers free and paid membership plans. Terms relating to paid plans are specified on the relevant payment page.

4. Account Security

The Member is responsible for the security of their account password. In case of suspicious access, deryautku@coderiapp.com must be notified immediately.

5. Termination of Membership

The Platform may suspend or terminate memberships that violate the Terms of Use without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. For members resident in the EU/EEA, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum rights available to you under EU law.
