Delivery, Refund and Cancellation Terms

Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.

Delivery takes place via email and the user panel.

Please report any technical issues to deryautku@coderiapp.com.

Digital content cannot be refunded under the following conditions:

After access to the content has been granted

After downloadable files have started being downloaded

After active use of a subscription plan has begun

Subscriptions can be cancelled from account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refund is issued for the remaining period after cancellation.

In case of a delivery failure (inability to access purchased content), you may request support within 7 days by contacting deryautku@coderiapp.com.
