Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

**Seller:** BUDEFA, budefa.com

**Buyer:** The user specified in the payment form

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the terms relating to the digital product or subscription service purchased by the Buyer from the Seller.

3. Product/Service

The purchased product or service is described on the order summary screen.

4. Price and Payment

The total amount, including applicable taxes, is shown on the order screen. Payment is processed securely via Iyzico's infrastructure.

5. Delivery

Digital products and services are delivered immediately once payment is confirmed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

For electronically supplied services and digital content performed immediately, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once delivery has begun with the consumer's prior consent, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (for EU/EEA consumers) and Article 15(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (for consumers in Türkiye).

7. Governing Law

Turkish law applies. For consumers resident in the EU/EEA, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
