1. Acceptance

By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use.

2. Use of the Platform

The platform may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not share your account credentials with third parties.

Any action that damages the platform's infrastructure is prohibited.

Harassment, insults, threats or disruptive behavior towards other users or platform staff are strictly prohibited.

3. Non-Compliance and Sanctions

Users who violate these Terms of Use or the platform's general rules will be warned by management. Warnings are delivered to your in-app message inbox and your registered email address.

If the same user receives **3 (three) warnings**, their account may be **suspended or permanently removed** by management; in this case, the user is prevented from logging into the platform.

In case of serious violations (fraud, harassment, illegal content, etc.), the account may be suspended immediately, regardless of the number of warnings.

A suspended user's active paid membership may be cancelled; no refund right arises for amounts already paid in such cases.

4. Content

All content on the platform is protected by copyright.

Unauthorized copying, distribution and re-publishing is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. No liability is accepted in cases of technical malfunction or force majeure.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current terms are always published on this page.
